The reception area

The oil mill houses reception lines (olive cleaning and washing lines and unloading points for the fruits that arrive at the cooperative already clean from the members' olive groves); olive storage hoppers. Each olive grower has a key ring equipped with a microchip that, when approached to a reading device, starts the scale and specifies the form of harvest (flight or soil) and the production area.
